Toriano Sanzone-Founder

Toriano Sanzone is a North Lawndale community pillar, with roots extending 85 years in the neighborhood. His profound commitment to service is a family legacy, with multiple generations serving in the U.S. military.

This deep personal connection fuels his mission as Co-Founder of the Golden Wolf Foundation, where he channels a lifetime of respect and gratitude into actionable support for United States Veterans, giving back to those who have given so much.

Rozanna Rivera-Founder

 Rozanna Rivera is a passionate Co-Founder of the Golden Wolf Foundation, driven by an exceptional and unwavering commitment to serving Veterans in Chicago. Her advocacy is the bedrock of our mission, translating deep compassion into actionable support.

As the cornerstone of our sustainability and growth, Ms. Rivera is instrumental in securing the resources that power our programs. She specializes in strategic fundraising and the meticulous craft of grant writing, ensuring we can continue and expand our vital work for the Veteran community.

Her expertise bridges the gap between our vision and reality, building the financial foundations that allow every service dog to find its hero.

Tyrone Scott-Lead Trainer

Tyrone Scott serves as the Lead Trainer for the Golden Wolf Foundation, bringing 25 years of dedicated dog training experience rooted in the North Lawndale community.

His expertise is specifically focused on serving Veterans, beginning his work with this community in 2010 and specializing exclusively in service dog training for the past 16 years. This deep, specialized experience ensures every trained dog provides transformative support.

Greg Richard-Founder

 Greg Richard brings 30 years of finance and business development expertise to the Golden Wolf Foundation, complementing 25 years of joint experience with Toriano Sanzone in managing dog training companies. His commitment is personal and local: his wife, Francine, is a U.S. Veteran, and his family has been proud residents of North Lawndale for the past decade

Heather Beck

Heather Beck is a U.S. Veteran and professional dog trainer, bringing a profound personal and professional understanding to her dual role at the Golden Wolf Foundation.

As the Assistant Lead Trainer, she applies her expert skills to our service dog program. Concurrently, as Director of Veteran Relations, she ensures our services are veteran-centered, leveraging her firsthand experience to support the community she is proud to be part of.

The Following our Positions that we will Hire to Work at Golden Wolf Foundation

Leadership & Administration

  • Executive Director / General Manager: Oversees all operations, strategy, and mission fulfillment.
  • Operations Manager: Manages daily kennel logistics, staff schedules, and facility maintenance.
  • Marketing & Communications Manager: Handles branding, public relations, digital marketing, and community outreach.
  • Development / Fundraising Manager: Secures grants, donations, and organizes fundraising events.
  • Volunteer Coordinator: Recruits, trains, and manages all volunteers.


Animal Care & Veterinary

  • Veterinarian (Full-time or On-call Contract): Provides medical care, oversees health protocols, and conducts check-ups.
  • Veterinary Technician(s): Assists the veterinarian and provides daily medical care.
  • Kennel Manager: Supervises the kennel attendant team and daily animal care standards.
  • Kennel Attendants (10+): Responsible for daily feeding, cleaning, exercising, and monitoring the dogs.
  • Behavioral Specialist / Trainer: Assesses and manages dog behavior; may also run training programs.
  • Nutrition Expert(s) (3): Develops and manages individualized feeding plans and dietary protocols.


Training & Program Services (Critical for a Veteran-focused non-profit)

  • Lead Service Dog Trainer: Develops and oversees all specialized service dog training programs.
  • Assistant Trainers (Multiple): Supports the lead trainer in dog training and client instruction.
  • Director of Veteran Relations: Acts as the primary liaison for veteran clients, manages intake, support, and community integration.


Grooming & Maintenance

  • Master Groomer: Performs all grooming, bathing, and basic hygiene care.
  • Grooming Assistant(s): Supports the master groomer.


Logistics & Support

  • Transport Specialists (4): Manages safe transportation for dogs (vet visits, transfers, events).
  • Facility Maintenance Technician: Maintains and repairs kennel facilities and equipment.


Retail & Client Services

  • Retail Manager: Manages the sale of food, supplies, and merchandise.
  • Client Services / Admissions Coordinator: Handles applications, inquiries, and client communications.
